We came to the Casino during the Corona Virus and when I asked for a rubber glove at the Players Club I was told that they weren’t allowed to give them out so I went to the Front Desk and was given two. when we checked out nobody ask how our stay was and if we had any problems. They don't clean room daily due to covid and they did bring fresh towels, soap and coffee pods for the coffee make once we asked for them.
Unlikely we will ever go back unless some reviews show has bee updated with new beds and carpet. Very disappointed since it could have been such a nice experience. I understand everyone is short staffed but gee give me warm food and have someone coming around to sale me a cocktail. They finished our nachos at least 15 minutes before the fish and chips so of course they were cold and no place to sit. Guy that took our order was pretty rude and they were very busy training a new gal. Ate food from the bistro as 3 to 4 hour wait to be seated in dining room. Beautiful view but the bed is worn out as is the carpet. Was so excited to stay on the beach an was allowed to check in 23 minutes early but front desk lady was very rude about us being there before 4.
